**Job Title: Back-End Developer**
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and documentation of back-end services for the Bilt mobile application and website, while also providing mentorship to junior developers. You will play a key role in promoting best practices and enhancing application performance, scalability, and reliability through the use of Google Cloud Platform. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on Java. A solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure is essential, along with a team-oriented attitude and a passion for thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
