The Backroom Supervisor plays a key role in managing the receiving and merchandising procedures, ensuring that the team operates efficiently in handling merchandise. This position also involves guiding associates, upholding store cleanliness, and facilitating an enjoyable shopping experience through proficient floor management. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year in retail and 6 months in a leadership role. The position necessitates a flexible schedule, including availability on nights and weekends, as well as the physical ability to lift heavy items.
