Job Summary
The Bagging Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating and organizing daily production runs. This role entails supervising machine operations and ensuring maintenance activities are conducted efficiently to comply with customer specifications. Additionally, the coordinator is in charge of managing labor distributions, confirming the quality of finished products, and keeping thorough inventory records.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the produce or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in machine operation and basic technical repairs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
