Job Summary
The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will deliver specialized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children diagnosed with autism in multiple environments, such as clinics and family homes. This role includes leading and supervising therapy staff to maintain exceptional, child-focused treatment quality.
Responsibilities
- Administer Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children on the autism spectrum.
- Oversee and guide other therapists to guarantee effective therapy delivery.
- Ensure the treatment provided is centered around the needs and wellbeing of the child.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid BCBA certification and appropriate licensure.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis instruction.
- Strong knowledge and skills in ABA methodologies and data graphing practices.
