Job Summary
The role involves leading and supervising the clinical team to ensure the provision of exceptional ABA therapy services. Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the clinical team to ensure the delivery of quality ABA therapy services.
- Conduct assessments for patients and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in service delivery.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to clinical staff to foster a culture of clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an ABA therapy environment.
- Ability to mentor and guide staff effectively.
- Strong dedication to evidence-based approaches in behavioral healthcare.
