**Job Title: Beauty Advisor**
The Beauty Advisor is responsible for delivering tailored beauty advice and specialized product suggestions to customers. This role also includes managing inventory, arranging merchandise displays, and upholding a clean and inviting store atmosphere. Ideal candidates should have a background in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented field and possess outstanding communication abilities. Physical requirements include the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
