The Beauty Flex Associate plays a key role in boosting sales by providing exceptional customer service, engaging with clients, and meeting individual sales targets. This position also involves upholding the store’s presentation standards, overseeing inventory management, and supporting promotional initiatives. Strong communication abilities are essential, along with the capacity to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends. Candidates should be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry out tasks such as restocking products and applying makeup to customers.
