Behavior Technician

As a provider of individual ABA therapy, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, focusing on enhancing their communication and independence skills. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client development and working alongside a team to execute tailored treatment strategies. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years of age, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have legal authorization to work in the United States. Additionally, depending on the state, candidates might need to secure or uphold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
