Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician, you will engage individually with children diagnosed with autism, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans with the support of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include teaching essential communication and social skills while employing evidence-based strategies to minimize disruptive behaviors. Applicants need to be a minimum of 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and successfully clear a background screening. Additionally, you should be capable of performing physical activities, including lifting weights of up to 50 pounds, and must achieve Registered Behavior Technician certification.
