Job description

As a Behavioral Technician, you will collaborate individually with children diagnosed with autism to carry out personalized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include fostering communication and social skills development while employing proven methods to diminish challenging behaviors. To be eligible, applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED, along with the capability to successfully complete a background screening. Additionally, you should be prepared to undertake physical activities, including lifting weights of up to 50 pounds, and acquire a Registered Behavior Technician certification.
