Job description

The Behavioral Health Associate plays a vital role in delivering direct care to patients while ensuring a secure, organized, and therapeutic setting under the guidance of clinical leadership. This position involves addressing patient needs with an emphasis on safety and offering professional, compassionate support. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or its equivalent and at least six months of experience working with a comparable patient demographic. Certifications in CPR and de-escalation/restraint are mandatory, though training will be offered upon employment.
