The Behavioral Health Social Worker will conduct patient assessments, provide counseling, and facilitate resource linkage for patients and families. They will collaborate with medical staff to support treatment decision-making and provide casework services across various clinical and community settings. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess at least one year of clinical experience. A current state license as a CSW, LSW, or LPC and American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification are required.
