Job Summary
The technician plays a crucial role in ensuring a secure and therapeutic setting by overseeing patients, guiding organized activities, and aiding the clinical team in everyday care tasks. Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor patients to ensure their safety and therapeutic needs are met.
- Lead structured activities that promote engagement and wellness among patients.
- Support clinical staff in delivering daily care to patients effectively.
- Monitor patient behaviors and provide feedback to the clinical team.
- Facilitate meal coaching to promote healthy eating habits.
- Ensure compliance with facility safety protocols and infection control measures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required for the position.
- Must obtain or currently hold an Agency Affiliated Counselor registration.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check is mandatory.
