**Job Title: Behavioral Technician**
As a Behavioral Technician, you will offer support and oversight to residents, ensuring a secure, positive, and inviting community atmosphere. Key responsibilities involve recording resident advancements, supervising facility safety, and aiding with daily responsibilities including cleaning and laundry. Ideal candidates will possess experience in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and homelessness, with strong communication and de-escalation abilities. The position necessitates the capability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting items up to 50lbs, as well as keeping precise daily documentation.
