The Belt Assembler Line Lead is responsible for assembling modular conveyor belts while ensuring all safety and quality procedures are strictly followed. They must maintain production pace, keep the shop organized according to 5S standards, and handle materials for work orders. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods of time while performing active physical tasks. The role requires the ability to work overtime as assigned and maintain a pace consistent with fellow line members.
