The Total Rewards Director is responsible for designing and executing the Americas total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and well-being programs. This role involves leading a high-performing team and providing strategic counsel to senior leadership to ensure competitive and equitable rewards offerings. Candidates must have 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
