Job description
**Benefits & HRIS Analyst**
The Benefits & HRIS Analyst will act as the key technical advisor for human resources systems, particularly Paylocity, overseeing benefits management, timekeeping, and workforce information. This role includes collaborating with vendors, conducting data audits, and delivering training sessions to management on HR technologies and processes. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS, benefits, or payroll functions and demonstrate strong technical skills along with proficiency in Excel. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
