Job description
**Job Title: Benefits Manager**
The Benefits Manager will oversee and enhance the employee benefits offerings, such as health, leave, and retirement plans, while ensuring adherence to applicable federal and state laws. This role will act as a key point of contact for employees, facilitating open enrollment, providing benefits education, and maintaining data integrity in collaboration with the HR department and external partners. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive benefits administration experience, with a strong inclination towards candidates with management-level expertise. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline is essential, along with a solid understanding of HRIS systems and compliance related to U.S. benefits.
