Job Summary
The Beverage Filler Operator for the Weekend 1st Shift is tasked with ensuring efficient operations of beverage filling machinery while adhering to quality and safety standards. This role is critical in maintaining high production levels and ensuring the final product meets company specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor filling machines during the production process.
- Ensure proper setup and adjustments for different beverage types.
- Conduct routine checks for quality control and product consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues during operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Document production metrics and report any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with beverage processing and filling equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
