Job Summary
The Beverage Packaging Operator for the Weekend 3rd Shift is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of packaging equipment as well as ensuring that the packaging process is conducted safely and effectively. The role focuses on maintaining quality control and product standards throughout the packaging phases of beverage production, requiring attention to detail and adherence to operational protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Monitor packaging lines and make adjustments to maintain quality and output.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and address any technical issues that arise.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment and packaging procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in packaging operations or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
