Job description
**Beverage Production Manager**
The Beverage Production Manager is responsible for all elements of the brewing operations, encompassing recipe development, quality assurance, and scheduling of production activities. This role includes managing the bottling operations, training personnel, and ensuring adherence to both state and federal regulations. Applicants should possess prior experience within a production brewery and a solid understanding of fermentation processes and the chemical transformations involved in brewing. A two-year degree in brewing science or an equivalent certification is highly desirable, as is the capability to secure required gaming and health permits.
