Job Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for facilitating daily HR operations across various states, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and the management of benefits. This position also oversees HRIS data management, supports the onboarding process, and contributes to a variety of HR initiatives and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Administer employee benefits and manage HRIS data.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HRIS systems.
