Job description
The Insurance Agent plays a crucial role in attracting new clients and nurturing ongoing relationships with current customers to achieve sales targets. This position requires precise management of financial transactions and the ability to offer knowledgeable insights regarding insurance offerings to clients. Applicants should have completed high school or hold a GED, along with exceptional communication abilities and adeptness in building relationships. Though not mandatory, having a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license and being bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
