Job Summary
The Billing Analyst plays a crucial role in managing the invoicing processes related to subscription renewals and professional services. This position involves executing various billing cycles and ensuring adherence to the relevant sales tax regulations both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing operations for subscriptions and services.
- Conduct usage reconciliation to maintain the accuracy of billing data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable sales tax laws for different regions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-volume corporate billing.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, particularly Sage Intaact.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Ability to effectively manage recurring revenue billing procedures.
