The Billing Representative plays a crucial role in identifying and resolving complex claim denials to enhance revenue recovery efforts. This position involves the analysis of priority billing reports and working closely with clinical teams to rectify any documentation shortcomings. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, or possess one year of relevant job experience. A strong command of billing software, EMR systems, and a thorough knowledge of payer guidelines is essential.
