Job Summary
The Biomedical Field Service Technician I will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of biomedical equipment in clinical settings. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to support healthcare professionals by providing technical services and solutions that keep essential medical devices functioning optimally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various biomedical equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all tasks performed.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures relevant to biomedical equipment.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of biomedical equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
