**Job Title: Blaster**
The Blaster will execute daily sandblasting tasks on components while also overseeing shot consumption and inventory status. It is imperative to accurately complete all necessary documentation and to work under the supervision of a trainer until achieving proficiency. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and demonstrate fundamental skills in math, reading, and writing. A strong commitment to work, a reliable attendance record, and excellent organizational abilities are essential for this role.
