Job Summary
This position involves creating clinically effective treatment plans and providing evidence-based therapy in a nurturing environment. The incumbent will oversee and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while working closely with families to monitor progress and establish objectives.
Responsibilities

- Supervise and mentor RBTs to enhance their professional development.

Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong clinical skills are essential for effective service delivery.
- Ability to offer meaningful supervision and mentorship to staff members.
