Job description
The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for carrying out intake assessments, performing functional behavioral evaluations, and creating customized behavioral intervention and skill development plans. Additionally, the BCBA will oversee and mentor ABA technicians while ensuring effective communication with families about their progress in treatment. Applicants must possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and be qualified to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians. A background of at least 2 to 3 years in the ABA sector, working with a variety of age groups, is necessary for this role.
