As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for crafting effective treatment plans based on clinical evidence and providing therapy within an encouraging atmosphere. You will oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), working alongside families to monitor development and establish objectives for growth. The position demands robust clinical expertise, as well as the capability to deliver impactful supervision and guidance to team members.
