Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will perform functional behavior assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and offer supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians. In addition, they will collaborate with family members through parent training and maintain adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. Applicants are required to have a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a similar discipline and possess a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification. A minimum of two years of experience supporting individuals with autism or comparable needs is essential.
