Job description
**Job Title: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)**
The BCBA will be responsible for performing thorough behavioral evaluations, creating personalized treatment strategies, and delivering direct services to clients. This role includes overseeing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), working closely with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring precise clinical records are kept. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in North Carolina. Experience with neurodiverse populations and supervising technicians is essential.
