Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, and conduct assessments to determine behavioral intervention needs. Oversee RBT and caregiver implementation of programs and provide weekly supervision to individuals pursuing BCBA certification. A master’s degree and active BCBA certification are required, and candidates must initiate the state licensure process before starting. Candidates also need a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and the ability to pass background, drug, and driving-record screenings.
