**Job Title: Clinical Leader for ABA Services**
In this role, you will provide strategic clinical guidance and supervision for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within our residential program. This includes performing assessments and creating effective treatment plans. You will oversee staff performance, guarantee the delivery of high-quality services, and ensure that clinical documentation and billing records are kept precise and up-to-date. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in special education or a comparable area, while a master’s degree is highly desirable. Candidates are required to have board certification and licensure as an Assistant Behavior Analyst, with preference given to those with BCBA/LBA credentials.
