The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will oversee behavior intervention strategies and manage Registered Behavior Technicians within a special education environment. Key responsibilities include performing functional behavior assessments and creating behavior intervention plans tailored to support students with Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Applicants are required to possess a Master’s degree and a valid BCBA certification. Additionally, experience working with K-12 students exhibiting challenging behaviors and a current driver’s license are essential qualifications.
