Job Summary
The Bonder III plays a crucial role in the bonding of composite and metal structures using specific equipment such as autoclaves and ovens, ensuring rigorous adherence to heat and pressure regulations. This position also involves conducting quality inspections and necessary repairs, alongside documenting all processes in line with the company’s Quality Management System.
Responsibilities
- Operate specialized equipment for bonding processes, including autoclaves and ovens.
- Ensure strict compliance with heat and pressure control standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and perform repairs as needed.
- Document all work according to the company’s Quality Management System.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and planning documents.
- Carry out manual tasks such as sanding, deburring, and applying sealants.
- Utilize basic computer skills for operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and technical documentation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Experience in performing manual tasks related to the bonding process.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
