Job Summary
The Branch Operations Lead oversees the daily operations within the branch, focusing on cash management and adherence to regulatory standards. This position works in tandem with the Branch Manager to foster a friendly environment for clients. The Lead also plays a crucial role in training staff on operating policies and encouraging clients to utilize self-service banking features.

- Promote the use of self-service banking options among clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in retail banking.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
