**Branch Operations Lead**
The Branch Operations Lead oversees the daily functions of the branch, focusing on cash handling equipment and adherence to regulatory standards, all while fostering a friendly atmosphere for customers. Working closely with the Branch Manager, this position involves assisting the team, addressing client concerns, and encouraging the use of self-service banking solutions. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail banking along with a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, the role demands availability during branch hours, which may include weekends and evenings, as well as the successful completion of a designated training program.
