Job Summary
The position focuses on assessing AI model results and delivering organized insights to enhance speech and voice AI technologies. Analysts are responsible for conducting reviews based on audits, spotting data trends, and engaging with various teams to improve quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI model outputs to provide structured feedback.
- Conduct audit-based assessments and identify patterns within data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality standards.
- Work onsite in designated U.S. locations.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in repetitive tasks.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese at a native level.
- Minimum of one year of experience in data labeling or a related bachelor’s degree.
