Job Summary
The role involves assessing outputs generated by AI models and delivering structured feedback aimed at enhancing speech and voice AI systems. Furthermore, the position includes conducting audit-based evaluations to uncover patterns and potential failure points, in collaboration with various cross-functional teams to help refine quality benchmarks.

Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is required.
- At least one year of experience in data labeling or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in designated locations.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
