Job description
**BSA Specialist**
The BSA Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing and analyzing member transactions to guarantee adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC guidelines. This position entails the submission of Suspicious Activity Reports and performing in-depth due diligence on accounts deemed high-risk to detect any signs of fraud or money laundering activities. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, although a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience is preferred. This role necessitates 1-3 years of pertinent experience along with a solid understanding of compliance laws concerning BSA, AML, and OFAC.
