The Building Engineer is responsible for the management and operation of facility services, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure in mission-critical environments. This role serves as the primary point of contact for daily operations, overseeing budgets, staff scheduling, and preventive maintenance programs. Candidates must have at least 5 years of management experience overseeing direct reports and 5 years of hands-on experience in building engineering. Proficiency with BMS and CMMS platforms is required, along with a technical background in mission-critical operations.
