**Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician**
The Building Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in the installation, upkeep, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment within the building. This position also involves conducting routine preventive maintenance on both company vehicles and equipment while strictly following safety regulations. Applicants should possess a background in mechanical maintenance and be competent in executing tasks like tune-ups, oil changes, and repairing equipment. A strong understanding of OSHA safety guidelines, including lock-out/tag-out practices, is essential, and candidates must hold valid certifications for operating forklifts and cranes.
