Conduct sanitation and pre-operational inspections, environmental monitoring, and food safety and quality checks, documenting deficiencies and verifying corrective actions. Review program records, support audits and product holds, communicate concerns across departments, and assist with continuous improvement of process and quality control programs. Candidates need a dependable work history, strong computer, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills, and availability for flexible shifts. Food or meat industry experience of one to three years is desirable but not required; candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship, and able to complete required lift and fall-protection training.
