Job description
The Business Analyst will convert payroll and workforce data into valuable insights through the development of predictive models, dashboards, and automated data workflows. This role involves maintaining data quality and governance, while also detecting trends and anomalies to aid in strategic business decision-making. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and predictive modeling. Essential skills for this position include proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and VBA in Excel.
