Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Document and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between the business and development teams, ensuring effective communication.
- Ensure that Salesforce-based solutions are designed to meet the needs of stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in business or systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a Public Trust suitability determination.
