Job description
**Job Title: Analyst**
The analyst plays a vital role in offering both administrative and technical assistance to the Business Improvement team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, organizing documentation, and coordinating projects. Additionally, the analyst is responsible for maintaining internal platforms, such as Monday.com, while also providing support for IT troubleshooting and basic automation tasks. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience in administrative or IT support positions and demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of automation tools or coding languages such as Python or SQL is strongly desired.
