The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for examining operational processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop, execute, and promote actionable process enhancements. This role includes managing resource allocation, overseeing performance metrics, and controlling vendor and inventory management to streamline business functions. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of converting data analysis into practical operational adjustments and must be skilled in using business productivity applications.
