The Business Process Analyst will develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and governance artifacts within a complex enterprise environment. They will also support AI/ML governance activities, including model cards, risk assessments, and performance monitoring data collection. Candidates must have at least 4 years of professional experience in business process analysis or a related discipline and hold a bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance are required.
