Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in analyzing and improving business systems. This position is on-site and offers a pay rate ranging from $45 to $55 per hour on a W2 basis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in project execution.
- Support system integrations and ensure effective deployment of solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
