The CAD/BIM Specialist will support the development and maintenance of BIM technologies while collaborating with project teams to improve digital design workflows. Responsibilities include preparing 3D models, enforcing CAD/BIM standards, and providing technical training and troubleshooting for staff. Candidates must have 7-10 years of experience in CAD/BIM within the engineering or architecture industry and strong proficiency in Autodesk software. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
